You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify vip1 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. vip1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
vip1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
All deposits to your vip1 account must be made using payment methods accepted by vip1, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. vip1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with vip1's KYC requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vip1 account. vip1 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Platform's help section, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). vip1 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
vip1 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
Anti-Money Laundering: vip1 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. vip1 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.
vip1 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that Bonus.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. vip1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus, and to close or suspend any account, where vip1 reasonably suspects that a user has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, using automated software to claim Bonuses, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements.
vip1 operates a VIP loyalty program for qualifying players. Participation in the VIP program is by invitation only and is subject to separate terms and conditions communicated at the time of invitation. vip1 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP program at any time.

In no event shall vip1's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip1 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vip1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vip1 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may have bonus balances forfeited upon closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
